Novara™ Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping All Novara™ orders ship free within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–13 business days.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, contact us at locktfinjay@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at locktfinjay@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

International Shipping At this time we ship to the United States only.
